I used to play this game for ridiculous amounts of time
So much detail in the designs Capcom did for this game. I can't believe I was sketching one of these in a day a few years back.
Since I still had them in the file I thought I'd throw up the process as well

Thought why not since it was there. I've been asked a couple of times but I usually delete layers as I work- saves on file size:).
I'll probably rework this one a little later and keep the process going
