It's Monday but I don't know where this pic was headed.
It's the little lady who hands out death, I mean G rank quests in Monster hunter.

I tried coloring it for a while but it just wasn't working out. I think I was expecting too much.

edit : tweaked the eye's a little as the face just didn't gel and fixed the arms. This "sketch" was a real fight
