Samus primed

So with the month of Smash out of the way it's time to go back and revisit a few of the sketches.
First up is Samus. I decided to switch up the suit from Other M to Prime 1. I have to say the M version is a much simpler design. I may have gone a little overdone with the shoulder here but I'm still pretty happy with how it turned out.

Bo-Ness sketch

A quick Smash extra for the month.
Ness, as a request from a work colleague. I'd been taunting him with the promise of Ness from the beginning of the month.
Oh and it's Earthbound's 20th anniversary:)

Phantom Princess

Princess Zelda with a nod to Spirit Tracks. I love her new down special. I'm really happy how this one turned out composition wise. I'll probably render it up later.
So unless nintendo introduce a new lovely lady to the main line up that's it for now.
Again thank you for bearing with me. It wasn't my plan to draw all the ladies, not that I'm complaining:)

Zero Mission Speedrun

I'm all for the new Samus options in Smash Bros announced yesterday.
Inspired by the art from the endings of Zero Mission and Fusion. Both BGA games are still some of my favorite Metroid games:)

I found "the Other M"power suit quite easy to draw. It still feels classic but a lot of the detail was simplified.

Robin, the lady with a plan. Female MC from Fire Emblem Awakening and now Smash Bros.
I really didn't expect I'd keep drawing all these characters. I guess that's what happens when you've got an audience:)
