I did a quick sketch for this weeks theme and as I was uploading it I stumbled across a sketch from last year that I had played around with.


It's interesting how much my ideas on a theme vary over just a year

Race Day 2011

It's been I while since I drew Ai chan and I hadn't attempted drawing a full bike before. So after Frankensteining a bike out a couple of references I thought I'd have a go at Shigenori Soejima's style of shading.

The Grid girl someone's OC who I'd been meaning to get around to drawing. (She's not too helpful with that umbrella , is she?)

While the results are mixed but I'm pretty happy all round though I know I'll do better next time :)
